My complaint:
Played on Hollywood bets won 1500 and I did not received the Voucher number DD 26/5/2023. However I did received the pin number 2413. Voucher number 9459??????? This number I need to withdraw the money from STD bank. I have made numerous calls to you client services but no one seems to be able to assist me.
Please sort this out ASAP. And send sms or phone 0621255981. My account number with Hollywood bets is 11177951.
Suggested solution:
Send me the voucher number so that I can withdraw the money of R1500 which was won on the 26May 2023
