My complaint:
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my deposit issue. On the 7th of October, I deposited R100 into my Hollywoodbets account, which was successfully debited from my bank account. However, up until now, this amount has not been credited to my Hollywoodbets account.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter through calls, emails, and live chats, I have been continuously told that my issue would be escalated. Unfortunately, this has not happened, and I’ve been left with 5 to 6 different ticket numbers but no resolution or feedback on any of them.
This lack of response is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately and the amount to be credited to my account without any further delays.
I trust that Hollywoodbets values its customers and will take urgent action to resolve this matter.
