My complaint:
Good morning all. I would like to know, is it right if Hollywoodbets staff/team leaders speak to other customers about your winnings. Coz where I come from it’s private till you make it public. Well I lost my best friend because of this, thanks to Hollywoodbets branch in Woodstock, Cape Town, Western Cape.
Yes that teamleader/ cashier asked my male friend for a cool drink, when he said he don’t have, she said well your girlfriend just collected R7500. He was shocked and ignored me, I was hurt by this, he then messaged me the evening telling me about this R7500. That I supposed to have won, yes I was there that day but only to cash out a R100. Who gives her the right to speak other clients information out, all just for a cool drink. Well I tried to tell my friend otherwise but he got his info from a main source t hollywoodbets which is a team leader, why would this team leader lie. My friendship is ruined because of hollywoodbets team leader, I hate you, coz I had a good thing going with my friend. And why you asking clients who win for cool drinks, don’t you get a salary. You with your big mouth, gossiping for cool drink etc, you know what you have created, what you have done, and what you could have done, people get hijacked / killed for money, you did not just cause me to loose my friend but you put my life at risk and I really wonder who else you did this to. You will break up happy homes with your lies and scavenger ways.
Suggested solution:
DISMISS STAFF MEMBER OR PAY ME WHAT THE MEMBER SAID I WON. BUT BASICALLY, MORAL OF THE STORY IS, DISMISS THE STAFF MEMBER AS SHE COULD CAUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE TO BE KILLED FOR NO WINNINGS AT ALL. THE STAFF MEMBER LEAKED OUT INFORMATION REGARDING A CLIENT OF HOLLYWOODBETS.
