My complaint:
Good day, i made a payment to hollywoodbets of a r200 and the lady refunded it the next day. After playing and loosing i bought another r100 that didnt show. I phoned them like 7 to 8 times still no one can help. I emailed the proof of payments aswell but doesnt help. So after that i loaded a r150 and while i was playing my credits went missing when i phoned them they said the r200 was refunded twice. But it was not. I havent even cashed out just loosing i would have noticed if i did receive it twice so when i ask them when it was loaded the second time no answer. She said shell phone back but sfill kothing happend.
Suggested solution:
Just give me my money back. The r100 and the credits that went missing
