My complaint:
On the 20th January 2024 i played super 7 on spina zonke on Hollywood and i have the screenshot of the win which was R10,000 on a R100 spin but when i checked the payout on getting four 7777’s it supposed to payout R20,000 and I’ve sent emails with the screenshot as proof but was told that they checked and payout was in order and I’ve asked to be shown proof that the payout was correct and I’m not getting it. I have and sent the proof and evidence that my payout was incorrect and they are saying that it was correct so why don’t they want to provide me with the proof that it was correct. As shown in the screenshot the bet was R100 and payout was R10,000 which is incorrect according to the game payout table which pays R20,000 for getting four 7’s on a R100 bet
Suggested solution:
They must provide me with proof to the feedback they provided that my payout was in order as I\'ve shown them and have proof that my payout was incorrect and if so then its only fair that they pay me the the correct amount which is the rest of what i supposed to get. I just want them to pay me what I\'ve won fairly and what is rightfully due to me. If they say that my payout was in order then simply provide me with the proof that shows me it was correct and if they cant provide any proof then i should get paid what is supposed to be paid to me which is the other half of the amount which is R10,000 as the win was supposed to be R20,000 but i only got paid out R10,000.
