My complaint:
It’s been more than 48 hours I requested for an absa cash send reversal transaction and my money never reflected on my hollywoodbets account. Secondly I tried to redeem the voucher and the pin for my cash send but the details they provided are invalid.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back to my account immediately
