My complaint:
I chatted to a agent about a deposit query as one of my deposit was not added to my balance.
I do not wanna type so much bit if you have an agent like this,who doesn’t seem that she wants help at all..why have her work for y9ur company she also seems to have bit attitude…does recall her previous messages
Suggested solution:
Thus agent needs to recognize an apologize for her unprofessional behavior via a chat platform..
This have definitely damped my spirit in using app an what service will be recieved aftwards.
