My complaint:
I tired logging into my account and it said client no longer active, I’ve called numerous times and still no help, i get told to be patient. They asked for bank statements which I’ve sent through, they said after 48hours my account will me reactivated, its been a week already and still nothing.. I had money in my account the time they blocked it
