My complaint:
I am so disappointed in the way my issue is being resolved, I get different feedback from everyone I call at Hollywood Bets, I have been trying to resolve an issue with a Nedbank wallet I could not withdraw due to load-shedding, the bank assisted me swiftly and gave feedback in 2 days even called me back to say its in your account.
”Nedbank. Your ATM query reference number 11_____ has been approved and the funds will appear in your account within two working days”
But all I seem to be getting from a platform as big as you is just uncertainty as to I am getting by R900 or not.
I am sending this email with the hope this can get resolved all the details required are below, please don’t be like the politics.
