My complaint:
On 19 March 2023 at 04:38, I was playing this slot game called Bloodsuckers 2. After playing for hours, and made a profit for a change, the system kicked me out.
I tried logging in again, and funds were not allocated. I called them and they said the system is offline.
I logged a query. 50 odd emails later and hours on the phone, they cut me off and to this day, it is not sorted.
Why almost a month?
I sent screenshots as proof and my money is still missing with no answers.
I know I’m not rich and don’t contribute much to their profits, but being human should count for something
