My complaint:
I booked the cruise from Jun 23 thru jul 7, 2023. When I tried to book airline tickets every time when I was ready to give my credit card number to your agent THE SURVEY WOULD CUT ME OFF! I would call again, getting a diff agent – and start all over again – the price will be diff – HIGHER?! – and then while giving my card number – would be cut off AGAIN! Started all over – got the rudest agent with very limited English, he was not answering my questions, then cut off – AGAIN! After FOUR hours of this horrible experience I got to make the reservation – with $500 difference! Because of your poor service I lost $500 of my money – ? My husband and I traveled with Holland America exclusive before – ALWAYS A Pleasure; this time the reservations for the flight was a nightmare – I hope the cruise is still good. Please look into this matter –

I request Holland America to look into their booking reservation - check and validate agents; I would like to get $500 that I lost because of rudeness and incompetence of their staff as a ship credit - my reports about your company were always good, and made a few of couples to join us on past cruises.
