My complaint:

Purchase of Hisense 8kg Top Load Washing Machine – Titanium Grey, order 104921769 ordered and paid through Takealot on the 02 Apr. Delivered on the 7th April. 1st complaint logged on the 11 May requesting assistance is required as the machine when spinning makes a noise
On the 24 May second complaint was logged to service@hisense.co.za, of the faulty washing machine. It is the 01 July and no response received.
My request is for the machine to be replaced as a matter of urgency as this was indeed a very bad buy.
