Complaint: Not responding to my request for a refund on a holiday they cancelled

My complaint:

Because of the coronavirus situation looming and because I am 70 years old I asked for ation from HF Holidays that they would refund the cost of my holiday should the government say I should not travel. On March 12th I received an email from Suzanne Bower ing that the CEO had said I would get a refund. Based on this assurance I paid the balance due for the holiday.
The holiday has now been cancelled by HF Holidays. I have sent several emails asking for the refund and have either not had a reply or been told I could rebook at another date.
