My complaint:
I have just returned from my 4-night guided walk holiday at Freshwater Bay. My name is Margaret Chadwick and I accompanied Lorie Karlin in whose name the booking was made. (Booking Ref UKH065632) The booking was from Tuesday 18/7/2023 to Saturday 22/7//2023
Lorie and I selected Freshwater Bay, particularly for our holiday because we both enjoy swimming and we had noted that the house had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning and the management had known for weeks that it was not functioning, and nobody thought to tell us.
This was not a fault that had suddenly happened, this had been known for weeks.
I do feel that your company, HF Holidays, mislead us, and I feel very sorry about this as I respect so many aspects of HF Holidays. I don’t like to think that we have been deceived by you.
I am sorry to have to write this complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you about it

I will let HF Holidays decide this.
(My 4 star rating excludes the problem about the swimming pool)
