My complaint:
I ordered two pairs of shoes on hey dudes website. I realized it came out of the wrong account and immediately submitted a form online asking to cancel as the customer support did not open for another 30min. When it opened I called and requested the order be cancelled and they told me no! I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on.
Suggested solution:
I want my order canceled
