My complaint:

I have made a complaint to afca , Victorian and commonwealth ombudsman and now I want to start legal proceedings

Suggested solution:

Transfer my super into the new bank account details provided last Monday and yesterday was the final day at 5 pm for the money to be transferred and still failed to do so none of the staff know anything keep telling me incorrect information there phone system is a joke enter member number and date of birth tells you the information incorrect when it’s right when advisor answers incoming call they ask for all the information you just entered again so frustrating they don’t listen to what I was asking and I would like their staff to be call coached and monitored retrained in customer support or fired from their job
