My complaint:

i contacted Hello fresh on Saturday when they tried to take 1st payment for an order i did not want, i expressed to the agent that i cannot afford the box for financial reasons that day or any other day and i dont want the box anymore as im not usimg it. i expressed that i will not be paying for something i’ve requested to cancel and to not deliver the box to my house and cancel the account as follow-up boxes have been cancelled. they have still persisted to try and debit my account for days to follow without avail after my cancellation request and after cancelling the account on their end. Today 150322 i have recieved notification from their delivery service yodel that my box will be delivered and left outside of my door. i have given then 4 days to cancel and they still persisted to send the box after me cancelling and them closing down my account.
the agent also mentioned that they will still send the box and if i dont make payment it will go to debt collection for payment. i am being forced to take and pay for a box that i cannot afford and basically threatening my credit score forcefully after they had ample time to cancel the box being sent out. from my reccolection consumers do not receive item they havent paid for.

Suggested solution:

they should keep their box and stop causing me distress and with threats to ruin my credit and not deliver an item i dont want.
