My complaint:
My name is fernando alvarado i lease a commercial space to heineken since 2010, leasing contract was due since december last year, though heineken knew, did not want to sign a new contract because i want an increase of 9 %, heineken wanted a 5 year lease, with the same rent as last year, altough inflation has been of 9%, 2023 started with delays in rent payment, january was paid until the end of month, february was paid until march, no answer about new contract.
I offered to heineken a one year leasing contract, no increase, in exchange of a punctual payment, with hope of selling the venue to another person. mooses avila, heineken representative, gave me the commuter number to heineken monterrey headquarters, where put you on hold up to an hour, there is a recording that tells you waiting time, and then they simply do not answer.
Heineken representative gets bothered by my calls in working hours, does not answer calls or emails, then complain about being called out of office hours. so we have whole month of march, no payment, and no contract draft from heineken, i come here to ask heineken ethics to see my case, to empty commecial space if they do not pay rent and check what is going on in mexico, where there are another 14000 leaser who might be in same position as me. As i planning to visit amsterdam, please tell me who i might approach with my case.
