My complaint:
I was wrongfully terminated due to an incident with a door being broke. The description of the incident is incorrect. NOT ONLY was I NOT the only one INVOLVED in the incident I am taking the full blame for an incident I was not the only one involved in. And this wrongful termination comes AFTER I made MULTIPLE complaints(along with others) about my manager and AFTER I already told my direct MANAGERS manager that I was going to be putting in my two weeks. Not only is it very interesting because I was the ONLY worker who did EVERYTHING I was asked and told, but when complaints start being made and threats of quitting are being put out there now I’m terminated. I DO NOT wish to come back and work for this company due to the extreme unprofessionalism in management however, I am NOT accepting this as termination

I worked this same company for almost 3 years. They owe me for holiday pays I did not get. I was hospitalized and 2 weeks later I finally got my sick pay. The supervisor acts as if she above u and the others. It was the housekeeping and laundry dept. I worked 7-8 days straight and to get a off day was like getting integrated. U could not do enough. The DM wanted to know why she couldn’t keep help. Umm need to dig in that a little further. To much stress.
