My complaint:
I personally worked 17 days and my two coworkers 22 days with only 2 days off. Then two of us we’re shorted on that pay and NEVER sent any help until a month had went by and the facility dropped the contract. Wanted us to work any warm body even if the owner’s of the facility and residents were afraid of one new hire! Just to make it look like our District Manager was doing his job!Only good news is the facility dropped the contract and is going to hire us on FT as soon as the 60 days are up from voiding the contract with HCSG!
Suggested solution:
Talk to our facility and find out the truth instead of letting the district managers use us as scapegoats for losing their contract! I would have never sacrificed a year of my life and almost a month straight without a day off only to be lied to and shorted my pay!
