My complaint:
My son was eating a bowl of corn flakes when he bit down on something hard. When he spat it out we could see it was a stone. He wouldn’t eat anymore of it after it hurt his tooth. He could have broken his tooth on it. We have been buying many different types of Harvest Morn cereals for years now and never had a problem. I’m very shocked and disappointed.
Suggested solution:
An apology and explanation as to how the stone got in the box of cereal. Also some kind gesture to my son to make up for it.
