My complaint:
I am emailing to let you know of my outrage at the recent change of recipe in your choco pillows. They are now smaller pillows and crunchier than before. It makes for a disgusting breakfast. Hence why I shall no longer be buying your product! Which is a shame as I really really enjoyed your cereal and even sometimes had it as a snack as well as breakfast! Consider 1 loyal customer lost!
Suggested solution:
Go back to the old recipe making the choco pillows bigger and a softer crunch to it instead of the rock like crunch you get now!
