My complaint:
Hi I’d like to make a complaint about a large hard pipseed that almost broke my tooth while eating my cereal. The seed is bigger than that of an orange or similar.

Acknowledgement of a foreign body in the cereal. Perhaps as a gesture of good will some harvest morn products could be sent to me as an apology.
