My complaint:
My cereal had hard lumps in the harvest choco rice, with little black tiny bit looked like charcole. I’m not happy the only thing that pleased me is that I was eating it this time and not my young nieces I find it disgusting and very disturbing that this cereal is made and sometimes it can come out like this. They was also a very weird taste to it so I was wondering why that was as its normally delisious but my main worry is that it’s mainly given to young children so I am very disappointed at the company as this is a shopping must buy everytike for me but to have this happy is bad I’d like something done about this please.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to ensure that this will not happen again and send me out a new box of cereal but mainly make sure it never happens again as young children eat cereal every day and if they was to chew on them I\'m worried it might damage there teath it was that uncomfortable for me when I started the first mouth full I spat it back in the bowl and I find that disgusting but I could not keep it in my mouth
