My complaint:
Dear Aldi
I would like to draw your attention to the quality of the food being sold in your stores. While I would normally bring this up with the manufacturer of the food, the items in question are from your cereal” section, which I believe should be more closely monitored for inspection. This is due to me finding flies within the cereal boxes which I purchased whom I feed too elderly parents aswell my children. This is unacceptable and I would like a solution or an agreement we can come to or I will be taking this up with health and safety standards due to the outstanding and appalling safety and cleanliness matters of infestation.
