My complaint:
Firstly I have never had to complain about anything before but after pouring a bowl of your cereal I was immediately put off by a hard lump of something falling out into my dish. We often purchase your cereals so feeling very let down. I think you should consider more care when manufacturing your products as it doesn’t seem to be the first time this has happened judging by other complaints I’ve seen. Sort it out.
Suggested solution:
An apology and a voucher so I can pick a new box up as the other went into the bin.
