My complaint:
Went in Hardee’s Sunday after noon for a coke and hamburger. The male employee at the counter was talking to another male.I thought he was taking his order.After standing and waiting a couple of minutes he motioned to me like step up.as it turns out they were just talking.He ask me what did I want.I told him a large coke he said 2.88 I gave him 3 dollars .He gave me change and walked over to a girl that was working behind counter.I guess an employee?He hugged her real big then turned around and walked towards the cups.Then somebody pulled up to the window and he talked to them a few minutes.He then turned around and popped my cup down on the counter. He never said anything but I have never been looked at any harder.He was in his 20s. Never seen a young man with that much hatred in his eyes.Never seen him before in my life.I just skipped getting burgers.Young man needs counseling before his attitude causes problems.
Suggested solution:
He needs to be in counseling to resolve his bad attitude.Hardee’s will start losing customers if he is allowed to continue waiting on people
