My complaint:

I shopped Monday the 17th of may between 5:30 to 6:30 casher 0117 per the receipt. Name on tag was Kim ( im pretty sure and she had tattoo’s) I had a large order and when things were going down the belt it was crowded while the bagger tried to keep up.She put veggies ect .. in the black basket to the left while my deli meats and cheese was on the belt being squashed.I reached in to move them which I was told I couldn’t do that (cause of covid Im thinking) I said well I don’t was my deli meat and cheese squashed and I toss them in the black basket with the produce ,which she than took them out and tossed them to the end of the register. I also asked her twice to make sure she got my water which she did.I had coupons so I put them in the little black plastic container which when it came to my pizza coupons she asked if I even bought any which I bought 4 and different kinds ,by than I wasn’t to thrilled with her and her attitude! last I knew the customer should be treated better so than when she gave me my receipt and coupons with money back she just put it to the left side of the opening which I would think she would use the little black plastic container that I had to put my coupons in?? so when she mention to me to have a good night I wasn’t feeling it and said nothing. The bagger was very polite and made sure my grocery’s were all in my cart.By this time another customer came behind me.so as I was leaving the store the other customer must have noticed I didn’t say anything back to the cashier (kim) because I heard the cashier said yeah she was rude and I heard her and as I was walking out of the store I said I can hear you and I’m the one who is RUDE?(plus not for nothing that other customer didn’t even know what had conspired ) Either way I don’t think that cashier was very professional. sorry about the long story but I’ve been a customer of this store since it opened and worked in the deli which we would never get away with treating a customer like that. ( never mind me hearing her) . I have family and friend that work there and they know me very well!!! I’m sure by seeing my rewards I spend quite a bit of money at this store .this visit was $289.60

I feel she needs to be at least talked to and I'm sure she will remember it!!!! It was register 8
