My complaint:

Handy pro is a cleaning app I do housekeeping occasionally that are so unorganized and unfair to there workers there is no number to call I’m being charged 50.00 for a job I showed up I find it completely unfair according to them I didn’t show up but I did they know I did I clocked in knocked on the door and was told to leave so by policy they have to pay us they refuse to pay me because they say I didn’t call but there policy states I gotta knock then call why which I did handy pro gets away with this all the time I’m tired of them taking our money to make a customer happy the customer had the wrong address not my fault on top of all the bs they make alot of mistakes and expect us to pay that same day they had me and another housekeeper at the same booking for the same assignment por lady probably got charged also she hardly knew English so if you guys can please help so this company can stop being unfair

Didn\\\'t get paid for a job I showed up to by policy they have to pay us for our time and gas I would say been with this company part time and and off for 6 years its always something they will always take the customers word never ours if you guys can help me any way possible it would be great someone needs to stop them from them unfairly treating us and how they just take our hard worked money cause they feel they can
