My complaint:

Handy Pro can’t be a legitimate business due to their unfair policies and business practices. I have been charged fees on numerous occasions that were never refunded. But the biggest fraud perpetrated by these goofball is not paying their contractors like me when they clearly should have paid. I completed 6 qualified jobs in the time frame specified when only 4 jobs were needed to be completed for a $135 bonus. After contacting customer service several times I waseveral times I was told that I was not eligible to receive the bonus because one of the jobs was canceled by a customer well that has nothing to do with it because I still completed 6 qualified jobs. They told me because of this 1 job that I was not eligible which is total bs.

I completed the number of jobs but because one job was canceled. Not my respinsibility..responsibility… I get penalized. That is pure bullshit. Baiting contractors to complete jobs that no one wants to take and then screwing them on the bonus is total fraud and unprofessional. The customer service people just blew me off when I clearly have all evidence to show I qualified for the bonus. It’s disgusting how they treat their contractors. It’s time to start a business that caters to the contractors who do all the work but get screwed out of the money they have earned. I will file more complaints to let everyone know what kind of sheisters these people are who run Handy Pro!

Giving me my bonus which I earned and have evidence showing I earned.
