My complaint:
We were promised a room on a Pet Free floor and we saw and smelled dogs on our floor. When we expressed concern to the front desk Lisa apologized and checked in a notebook at the desk. She showed us documentation where a couple with pets was assigned a room on our floor, in violation of their policy. She said she did not know how this happened and could offer us no compensation.
Suggested solution:
Refund our charges as we did not receive the room we were promised.
