Hampton Inn by Hilton complaint: Elevator broke and I am handicapped

My complaint:

I am 100% disabled and went to this hotel as family was staying there for nieces wedding. Had total knee replacement and in total pain. First day there got stuck on elevator from hell. Btw I also have bad back and neck with spinal cord stimulator in. Stuck on elevator for 7 minutes with no cell phone. It was the type where it looked like it was going to drop as I thought I was a goner! Finally got back to my floor. Tried to call Hotel Manager to no avail and front desk $itch with foreign accent thought t was funny and said I lied. Funny though as a t was out rest of weekend and I had to use stairs rest of weekend and my knee looked like a basketball! Hotel Manager, Richard, seemed nice. Promised me to reimburse me my two nights there. Here it is 3 months later and nothing. Use to always stay at Hiltons and Hampton Inns. Not again! Will be telling everyone (already filled complaint with ADA) about how disabled and elderly people are treated! Front desk girl should be terminated!!!

Suggested solution:

Fire her and give me 2 nights free and my money back!!!
