My complaint:
I waited three years for habitat of humanity to help me fix my house. They claim they send somebody to check my house to see if it was fixable nobody ever came. Then they told me they couldn’t fix it because it extended the limit when I first called to have help. They told me they could fix my house, and now I’m in a bind because I believed in them I’ve seen habitat of humanity speaks houses all over the world to me.
I was disrespected because I am Hispanic that was very hurtful to me and my kids right now we’re living with family and friends sometimes in our car hotel rooms it’s not the same , I don’t know who the owner of habitat of humanity’s are but I wish you could see how the people in Corpus Christi treated me and my family because we are Hispanics. We were disrespected.
Suggested solution:
I would like the owner of habitat of humanity to look into my complete and give me a reason why I was discriminated for being Hispanic why my house couldn’t get fixed by currently rate habitat of humanity as a zero because they do not help people because Mexicans cannot get help Because I am Mexican, they could not help me so the owner of habitat of humanity could please step up and give me a reason not to know where this is going to get resolved either they give me a reason why I was discriminated and if they can fix my house, I would appreciate it but if they cannot then I will take legal matters
