My complaint:

The manager working at the Sugar Land location on Saturday December 20 at approximately 1 pm was.extremely rude. We went to look at a piano and it was in the storage area. He refused to clear the area enough for us to even see the piano. He would not open the garage type door next to the piano so that we.couod walk around and look. He.basically said oh well because we asked and he refused. I thought this was a Christian organization????? I was dumbfounded to be treated like an idiot by an actual idiot! All we asked was to look at the piano because we wanted to purchase it. Who turns away paying customers? Their.loss for sure. He has no business working on the business.were customer service should be.the number one priority. Very very disappointed and angry at his rude demeanor and his lack of social skills needed to work in the real world.

Suggested solution:

Call Mr and have another employee showed the piano and keep his nose mouth of my transaction.
