My complaint:

I ordered 4 items from an email ad that stated 25% off and free shipping for orders over $29. I received 2 items. 2 pair of pants were back ordered. I didn’t care as long as I received them later. Then I a letter saying that my credit card was denied which was a lie because I checked with my bank and no attempt by Haband to charge my card. The letter said to call customer service with any updated info on my card. I called and was told these pants were out of stock. They were still selling them on their website- they were not out of stock. They just did not want to honor the sale any longer. When I insisted that that it was not honest to do this I was given a code to use to receive 25% off if I would order again. I tried that- the code did not work and shipping was still charged. Needless to say I did not purchase from this lying company. Their is no customer service, only people who just want to get you off the phone and not help you.
