My complaint:
I spent over 40$ for ice cream for my granddaughters and my son and myself! I have been coming to this Haagen dazs since it opened had the same coffee shake never changed! Well today I went to buy my shake and I didn’t want anything but my large thick coffee shake well she decided to make a chocolate chip coffee shake tht wasn’t even good! So I brought it back and ask her to make a new on with out the chocolate and the chocolate syrup! She got upset so I said if your going to have an attitude then just refund me my shake she rolled her eyes! So I ask her name she said kyle and I said you don’t have to be rude because I paid for what I wanted and she was arguing with me saying tht I order a chocolate chip coffee shake I said no I have never changed my order
Suggested solution:
Teach your employees to not be rude! Teach them to say hello and goodbye she was very unprofessional! She didn’t say hello or goodbye she just took my order and my 6 year old granddaughter ask where her ice cream was she ignored her so I never been treated tht way when I went there
