My complaint:
I’ve eaten Häagen-Dazs ice cream for over 20 years. I’ve always received a great product. Last night however was not a good experience. I bought a vanilla to add some Oreo’s to and the ice
Cream was like little chunks of ice. Terrible!
We buy 4 a week including my husband’s.
Suggested solution:
I’d just like to have my ice cream replaced with one that meets your normal quality.
