My complaint:

I have had nothing from you over the past 18 months regarding my problem which you already know about.i have phoned you soo many times and emailed you the same also sent letters and all I kept getting was we will contact you I 48 hours and nobody did.recently I requeste that someone contact me to explain why I and one other are paying a device charge for gardening and cleaning when nobody does this.there are 20houses in the close and 18 own them but 2 of of us are on shared ownership and they don’t pay a service charge.i have requested this twice recently and yet again no response which did not surprise me one bit.you are the worse company on he planet.i have now reported you to the housing ombudsman.now that you don’t respond to renters problems you must be sat on your arses ith bugger all to do have a good look at the complaints which people have sent in.absolutely. Disgusting.due to the disgusting way you have completely ignored all my phone call with false promises and letters I sent you along with the many emails I sent you I have had a opology from Thomas longden and Natasha Robertson for the bad service I have received and a £50 good will gesture.it has cost me a lot more in phone calls.emails.and letters I sent over the past 18 months so I do feel insulted for such a poor offer after the stress I have been put under.i will however say this you need to take a lesson from Natasha and thomas.they have been brilliant in trying to help me.
