My complaint:
So being a women I learnt to my peril a long time ago that Guinness stout is not the Guinness my husband drinks!!!
So today I ws asked to purchase 4 tins of original Guinness. The only packs of 4 I could see was Guinness Stout and Guinness Extra Stout.. There was however a pack of 8 tins and nowhere on the outer packaging did it say Guinness Stout!!!!!
I made sure I hadn’t got the wrong 1!
However when I got home and my husband opened the pack there was Guinness Stout inside!!!
Really pissed of tbh as I can’t return them and it isn’t my fault that the packaging did not explain what was in the pack!
Suggested solution:
Would make my hubby happy to get afew tins of the Guinness he wanted as he isn't tonight!!
Make ur packaging explain if its Guinness Stout or not! Clearly I can't be the only person this has happened too??!!!
