My complaint:
Im very interested to sample the product following press coverage etc. Being advised that Waitrose were stockists I have visited their Cobham , Surrey store on three occasions only to find they had no product. This was annoying as I was advised on my second visit that the product would be in tomorrow. Im following up this situation with the store itself but I hope this non availability is something you can assist Waitrose to fix.
