My complaint:
I had bought a furniture insurance plan through guardsman. I filed a claim abd provided required details. I sent several emails and made several calls. They are not helping. I have a sectional whose recliner is stuck in open state and filed complaint for the same. It’s been months.
Suggested solution:
My recliner should be fixed. I have one year old baby and it’s getting hard for me to protect her.
