My complaint:
I bought a Sofa set from Value City in 2014. Within 6 months of the purchase the product, the problems started. We complained about the sofa being saggy and also the center table’ s one leg was broken. They replaced the leg but again it broke after a year. The sofa which I complained about wasn’t repaired. They sent some representatives and i got just the answer that there isn’t anything wrong as it just needs to be opened up and fluffed. I was shocked. I didn’t understand what to say. Then i sent the snaps of the saggy sofas but they didnt reply me properly and didnt bother to even give me a proper explanation. Please help me. I was told that this website might listen to my plea so writing down my plea. Thanks

I want the sofa set to be replaced or get my money back. Its been real frustrating since last 4 years looking at those saggy sofas. Would never buy any furniture from value city and never going to be a member for this Guardsman guarantee company. Please help with whatever solution you can. If i dont get the money its ok but these companies need to be told never to sell these kind of furniture to people like us
