My complaint:

I ordered through the Grub Hub app for McDonalds and paid $62 for the order, the order was delivered quickly, but it was not my order. The order I received was for a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. I was able to contact the driver who said it was not his fault and to keep the wrong order. I would have never paid $62 for a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. I contacted Grub Hub through chat and after 2 hours was told I would get a refund of $40. I would not be refunded the drivers tip or the service fee for using Grub Hub. I will not be using Grub Hub ever again! I will contact my bank and charge back my credit card the full amount.

They should have refunded the whole amount, since the driver should have made sure he had the correct order before he delivered and it the order was placed through Grub Hub's app
