My complaint:

On February 17 I arrived at the diner location I read the delivery instructions that said side door when I arrived I did not see a side door I contacted the diner and advised him that there was no visible side door the diner then told me that it was in a back alley on the side street advised diner at the back alley was dark and I did not feel comfortable making a delivery in a location that was not the delivery address I asked him to come to the front door to receive the food the diner then told me that he was coming out to cause physical harm to me at that point in fear for my life I place the order at the diners door and ran for my life I also contacted Grub Hub support immediately to advise them of what I faced I should not be held at fault for this matter the diner tried to cause me physical harm because he wanted me to deliver food to the back alley on February 18, 2022, my account was placed on paused while I was on an active delivery, I was given no prior notification of any violation that would cause my account to be paused, I have submitted 9 driver care forms in effort to have this matter resolved upon reviewing grub hubs terms and polices Grub hub states that 1 or 2 violations would not result In an account being paused however after 3 violations in a 90 day period the drivers account would be terminated my account was paused after 1 violation
