My complaint:
My family had a fund established for us to use for meals after my son died unexpectedly on August 25th. We have not been able to utilize these gracious gifts from my son’s friends as the Grubhub organization has blocked his access and when we contact them, they say the matter is being escalated. This has continued since August 25th and into today, Sept. 6th. Noone is willing to assist or offer any help.
Suggested solution:
Open the access to the account or return all the funds to the individuals that contributed.
omg! please share your story on any and every review, social media.. sites that u can. pissed off consumer, bbb.. the support is not directed to offer a resolve in your favor. ask for a supervisor its realllly hard to get one and who knows if the person you are given is in fact a supervisor. ask for the reason this has happened in writing! do not stop hounding them if u do they win thats what they want to bore you you waste time tire you til u give up. the co is **** no one it seems at… Read more »
