My complaint:
I went to sign on grindr and found that I was banned. A month or so ago, The same thing happened. I was never told why and after complaining, all I got was something to the effect of: you should know why.
I was finally let back on and within weeks, they banned me again, REFUSING to tell me why. They said I was warned.
All I can figue out is that they don’t want me telling others that I am not attracted to them. It’s funny, they say in their community standards that they what people to be yourself and then when you are, they ban you.
Grindr is the worst app I have ever had to deal with. They allow the scammers to ravage the app and let them remain, but I get banned? It’s amazing in the year that I have been on, I haven’t met one person in my area.
Suggested solution:
When they warn someone of some violation, they should tell them what they did, otherwise they will never know and may infact continue to do it. The resolution of this matter would be for Grindr to tell me what I did wrong and then reinstate me in good standing to the app.
