My complaint:

On June, I was supposed to catch a bus from Springfield, VA to Tyler,TX. Well the bus never showed and I was there alone with no one I knew. So I had to catch a taxi ride to the airport to catch a flight. Greyhound never called or contacted me in regards to a delay or no show of the bus. It is now July 29th and I still have not received my refund, and it is past the 14-21 day window. GREYHOUND STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund me immediately through direct deposit or allow me to pick up a check from a pickupticket location. Also my time should be compensated as well, and my taxi ride to the airport should be compensated as well.
