My complaint:
My son was given permission (after a long process) to go to his grandma’s for Thanksgiving from his foster home. As we waited hour after hour until different getting an email that it bus was cancelled. No one informed us, no later bud, just cancelled. This is the glory time this has happened. Every other time the bus was never less then two hours late.
Suggested solution:
Refund and ticket voucher
