My complaint:
I purchased a ticket on greyhound on April 29 2025 was going from phoenix az to Missoula Mt got on first bus and it smelled really bad and it was filthy. went from phx to elpaso then to st antonio then to aamirillo then to DENVER so far its been 3 days to get to denver and my bag came up missing still havent found that yet . anyway i get a email from greyhound stating that the bus from Denver to Buffalo has been canceled for 5 days now I didnt have very much money just enough to eat on my bus trip so i go to the front desk for greyhound and there is 2 women and a laptop no sign nothing and i asked them and they said i had to call myself they couldnt help so now im stranded in denver no bus for 5 days i had to go stay in a shelter for 2 days until my wife scrapped up enough money to get me a plan ticket back to phoenix. This was my first and last trip ever on a greyhound bus so i tried to get customer support and all greyhound would offfer me is a VOUCHER FOR 104 dollars the original ticket was 224 dollars i told the rep that i wanted a full refund and that i didnt want a voucher after this nightmare. she gave me an email address and said to request it from the email. havent heard anything back from email request so i called back again and this time when i asked for a supervisor the rep said hold on please and like magic the call was disconnected or she hung up on me. today i was told that the phone number is only for ticket purchases and information and that i couldnt get a live person that can help me with this matter. i didnt cancel my trip they did and wanted me to hold up in a strange city for 5 days they were not gonna pay for a motel or hotel for the 5 days nor did they offer me any vouchers for FOOD FOR THOSE 5 days like i said i had to stay in a shelter for 2 days and i went home so i want a full refund on my ticket and they should pay for my 140.00 plan ticket back to phoenix and commpensate me for my lost luggage as well.
Suggested solution:
NO VOUCHER I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY ORIGINAL TICKET 224.00 Plus i want compensated for my missing luggage and contents of bag.
I think i should get refunded for the plane ticket too 140.00 but i will be happy with refund and luggage compensation. 75.00
i wouldnt give greyhound even one star but i couldnt uncheck the one star
