My complaint:

Had Greendot account (card) I deposited money from my check to pay bills. The next morning all the money had been transferred to a unknown account. I did not authorize or receive notification for it, and I always received notification for everything. I made phone calls tried to get answers nobody could help or would not help. I filed dispute claim. Had no money, bills couldn’t be paid nothing. Denied dispute with no explanation. Filed another complaint. Denied no reason or explanation. Just heard we’re sorry. Nothing we can do
So I am still behind out my money and Greendot does nothing.
I want everyone to know what a ripoff this company is. I hope they get there’s soon.
I work to hard for this bullshit to happen.
